Temp Lead Supervisor

Temp Lead Supervisor needs 3 years of experience supervising a team in a warehouse or production environment
Temp Lead Supervisor requires:
Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks
Must wear steel toes boots
Team Player with demonstrated proven success working with own department and influencing cross-functional teams
Temp Lead Supervisor duties:
Develop and motivate your team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for frontline hourly personnel and temporary employees
Handle general inquiries and solve problems
Provide communication and required training to ensure understanding and applicable standard operating procedures are followed
Work with cross functional teams across multiple business (i.e. warehouses/ plants/ 3rd party providers)
