MUST have Injection Molding experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop and manage daily production schedules for the assigned production lines. Responsible for the release, printing and prioritization of production orders to the shop floor on a daily basis. Manage capacity levels for assigned resources and provide options for constraint management. Lead weekly forward load meeting for assigned facility and provides recommendations on stock releases to smooth demand on operations. Manage run sizes and run frequencies for assigned products and / or resources. Coordinate with the centralized finished goods team to ensure stock service in the Distribution Center is adequately met with optimal levels of finished goods inventory. Participate and provide input to the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Support data generation and maintain rough cut capacity tool. Own customer service performance of assigned products and / or resources. Actively problem-solve, identify constraints and regularly provide feedback to Plant Management and Value Stream Coaches and Autonomous Team Leaders on operational performance. Monitor actual versus planned activity at key milestones and work with Value Stream Operations team to ensure proper accountability and corrective actions are taking place. Monitor Value Stream activities, anticipate operational constraints, and formulate appropriate responses that accommodate customer demand over time. Utilize WCM tools to improve customer service levels. Track long term trends and changes with demand requirements to recommend equipment capacity changes as well as manning requirements. Collaborate with the Value Stream team to ensure appropriate visual tools are developed to support schedule adherence. Provide guidance to the Supply Chain Analyst .
