Position is in Western, MA.
Target Salary range: $110,000-130,000
Relocation assistance is available.
MUST have current experience in the Plastics Idustry.

A dynamic, fast paced plastic molding and manufacturing environment with frequently changing priorities as needed to meet our customers quality and service expectations

Required:

College degree
Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing management experience required within the plastics converting field.
Strong with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, internet, and ERP systems.
Strong financial and business acumen, including knowledge of market trends, technology, and best practices
Must be able to turn plant goals and objectives into an actionable and measurable plan.
Effective verbal and written skills comfortable presenting to a group
High degree of analysis, problem solving and creativity.
Experience with SAP, Oracle similar systems (Receipts/Shipments/Inventory Control)
Proven project management, planning, organizational and decision making skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for ensuring the operation achieves all strategic service metrics.
Responsible for development and delivery of the annual budget.
Ensure an effective employee engagement team is established and is focused on developing meaningful targets and delivering measurable results.
Handle employee relations issues focused on creating a positive work team based environment.
Works closely with all internal manufacturing facility departments as well as all corporate functions including but not limited to EH&S, Finance, Sourcing, R&D, Logistics, Quality, Sales and Marketing & Customers.
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
