Job Description: As a client-focused and results-driven business leader, the Client Partner is expected to develop and grow a regional vertical solution practice for VzB. The Client Partner is expected to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
The Client Partner is perceived as a lead executive capable of creating and delivering a visionary client value proposition. Client Partner is to develop client relationships at the CXO level and cultivate those relationships to the extent they result in repeatable revenue generating opportunities.
The Client Partner will operate in a highly competitive environment and successfully achieve quota and maintain client satisfaction. Client Partner will create, articulate and present a clear client strategy that differentiates VzB from its competitors by communicating complex solutions and visions to address client-specific business problems and challenges. The Client Partner will build internal coalitions and constituencies to gain the appropriate executive support to assist in generating vertical revenues. They will operate in a matrix organization and find the appropriate resources to be successful closing engagements.

The advanced skills necessary to conceive and assemble multi-tower/complex integrated solutions for clients. Specific experience closing large and complex deals to clients within the specific vertical or sub vertical and a more than general knowledge of other areas. Requires independent and creative thinking. Demands full use and application of principles, theories, concepts and technologies. Generally requires a BS degree or Masters degree and a minimum 8+ years experience in a specified vertical.

The Client Partner must have extensive prior experience in one of the following Cross Verticals: Manufacturing, Travel & Transportation, Media and Entertainment industry with special emphasis on selling services/solutions addressing the on-line aspects of search, reservations and fulfillment along with the underlying infrastructure. The Client Partner must possess a well-established track record for delivering successful client engagements, closing large, complex sales and building senior client relationships. The following skills are required: Strategic and Analytical Mindset; Consultative Sales Approach; Professionalism; Effective oral and written communication skills at all levels of client organization and VzB; Responsiveness and Flexibility; Cognitive Thinking; Strong interpersonal skills and People Assessment abilities; Project Management.
