We are currently looking for Machine Operators to work in our Holland facility.

The Role
Sets up and operates machine/equipment to produce quality (as defined by Haworth quality standards) parts per blueprints, product orders, and engineering specifications, within tolerance.

More about the Job
• Up to six months training required.
• May require good visual, color, depth perception, and hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledgeable of raw materials and specialized tooling used in work area.
• Good communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and speed.
• Ability to work as contributing member within team environment.
• Ability to frequently lift/move material weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Personal computer (PC) and keyboard/mouse skills preferred.
• Successful completion of math/reading test and job fit assessment required.

Basic Qualifications
• Tenth grade education.
• Two years production experience required.

Preferred Qualifications
• Six months machine operation experience preferred.
